Get in touch

Your first contact: how to ask for support

You do not need a detailed account of your situation to make contact. Briefly describe what you need and leave your contact details so we can get in touch.

For yourself or a loved one

Choose a personal enquiry in the form. Include your full name, phone number, email and a short comment. If you would like a callback, mention it in your message.

For a foundation, organisation or team

Choose an organisational enquiry. Tell us who needs support, the region, possible dates and preferred format. Mention if your request relates to a tender.

Formats we can discuss

Psychological care includes individual and group counselling, art therapy for children and adults, online crisis counselling, long-term online therapy and on-site support. We agree on the format and timing after receiving your enquiry.

What happens next

We discuss your needs, identify a suitable format and agree on arrangements and individual pricing. Our own physical centre is still being planned, and advance registration is not open.

Who is on the visiting care team?

We select the team around the client’s needs. This may involve one discipline or an integrated programme combining psychological support and physical rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation professionals

The visiting team can include physical therapists, occupational therapists and a physician in physical and rehabilitation medicine. Individual rehabilitation sessions take place at a location provided by the client.

Psychological support professionals

Psychologists, psychotherapists and trainers join the team where needed. A programme may include consultations, art therapy, group work and psychological decompression workshops.

Programmes for teams

We also organise professional and emotional burnout prevention training, along with recreational and restorative activities for teams.

One team and an agreed plan

Before work begins, we agree on the professionals, services, equipment, location requirements and reporting. This gives the client a clear process with one partner.

How to organise an on-site care programme

An on-site programme brings psychological support and physical rehabilitation to a location provided by the client. The centre assembles the team and coordinates the agreed programme.

1. Enquiry or tender

Send us an enquiry or invite us to a tender. Tell us about your organisation, region, intended participants and possible dates. Tender documents can be sent to the email address on our contact page.

2. Discuss the need

We clarify the scope, format and location requirements together. Psychological support can be online or on-site. Physical rehabilitation currently takes place only at clients’ locations.

3. Tailored proposal

We prepare a commercial proposal covering the programme, team, practical arrangements and cost. Pricing is always calculated individually.

4. Deliver the programme

Professionals travel with the agreed equipment to provide services. The team may include physical therapists, occupational therapists, a rehabilitation physician and psychological support professionals. Equipment and location requirements are agreed before the visit.

5. Report

After the services have been delivered, we prepare a report in accordance with the agreed terms.
